Ordering information and other information

Technical steps of the ordering procedure

  • Click on the “Checkout” button in the cart displayed
  • Redirection to the general order summary page (thomann.de Checkout), where you can then complete the individual purchase steps.
  • Step 1 Selection of “Billing and delivery address” (if the customer does not have a Thomann customer account and is not logged in; otherwise the billing and delivery addresses are saved);
    • entering the “Billing Address”;
    • If the billing address is different from the delivery address, you can click the “Indicate a different delivery address” checkbox.
  • Step 2 In the next section “All order items” are displayed in summary form; you can change the contents of your cart
  • Step 3 Selecting the “Payment Method” (by clicking on the desired payment method)
  • Step 4 Option to select “Other options” by clicking (different delivery address, shipping date, use of a Thomann voucher, comments/notes regarding the order)
  • Complete your order by clicking the “Buy” button

Recognizing and reporting input errors

Before finalizing the order process, and at any time during the process, you can correct your entries using standard keyboard and mouse functions. You can also make corrections to your data during the order process.

Contract language
The German language is available for the ordering process and the conclusion of the contract (see § 1 point 4 of our GTC ).

Saving and accessing the contract text
The contract text is saved and the order data is sent to the customer via email together with the General Terms and Conditions. All previous orders can be viewed by the customer in the login area (see § 1 point 2 of our GTC ).
